Rusyana saves a couple of girls who were being attacked by a gang of bandits who call themselves the “Tenma Gang”. The girls invite Rusyana (and Yajirou) to stay at the inn, where they work, for a while. The girls work at a place called “Peach Blossom Tower. It’s a pleasure district that mainly serves male customers. We are introduced to two new characters: Mikan and Kurenai Touka. Touka is the Mistress of Peach Blossom Tower and Mikan is her employee.
Rusyana takes a bath and changes into some new clothes. Touka knows there is a bounty on Rusyana’s head and attacks her. Rusyana recognizes Touka’s fighting skills and her weapon. It turns out that Touka is (used to be) one of the ten senshi sages. They are the most powerful senshi’s who protect the Empress (Tenshi). Rusyana and Touka are quite equally matched, but Touka is slightly better. Suddenly Touka’s speed fell and Rusyana used this opportunity to defeat Touka. Rusyana noticed there is something wrong with Touka and decides to give up. Touka hugs Rusyana and tells her she can trust her now. It turns out Touka has a disease that no one knows of, not even her employees.
Meanwhile the Tenma Gang wants to take revenge on Rusyana and barge into the Peach Blossom Tower. Touka easily defeated the leader and told them to leave. This episode ends with a huge machine firing a cannonball at the Peach Blossom Tower.
Touka is cool, I like her character. She is the protective, cool, calm and collective type. She is not afraid of anyone and is a very skilled fighter. I was surprised when I heard that Touka used to be one of Tenshi’s subordinates. I guess Touka doesn’t know that Tenshi is somewhat evil. Touka established the Peach Blossom Tower, because she wanted to strip men of their armour. She wants to end wars and violence. Touka has the same ideals as Rusyana. I think that Rusyana will stick with Touka for a while. Yajirou sure wouldn’t mind, because he can eat and stay at such a nice place. Yajirou was pretty lazy in this episode, he let Rusyana do all the hard work. Oh and btw: I can't believe Rusyana is only sixteen years old.
