Besides the swimming exercise, Tsukino also uses an EMS machine to train Kawachi’s muscles. She wants Kawachi’s body to become like the manager’s. At first Kawachi opposes to the method Tsukino is using to train him, but after a few harsh words of Tsukino, Kawachi agreed to continue his training. The next day Kazuma still hasn’t returned from his trip to Izu. It turns out that Kazuma collapsed in front of a sushi shop, because he was too hungry. The owner of the sushi shop took Kazuma in and treated him to some wasabi sushi. After eating the sushi Kazuma found the solution for making dinner bread that won’t grow mold so quickly. He returned to the southern Tokyo Pantasia store and baked Japan #32: Wasabi Dinner Bread. As usual the bread was delicious. After seeing that Kazuma has succeeded, Kawachi became disappointed in himself. He envied Kazuma, because he came up with a way to make dinner bread that won’t grow mold so quickly. Ken saw Kawachi’s disappointed face and decided to help him a bit. He poured sake over Kawachi’s head and insulted him. Kawachi didn’t understand the meaning of this, got angered by Ken’s words and ran off. Kazuma followed him and found him at a nearby playground. Kawachi wanted to avoid Kazuma and tried to run off again. Unfortunately he hit his nose in the process. Kazuma asked Kawachi where it hurts. Kazuma told Kawachi his Grandfather used to pour sake over him when he got wounded. His Grandfather would then say: “antiseptic is coming”. After hearing this Kawachi figured out how to make dinner bread that meets the requirements without using wasabi. He went back to the store and spent the whole night to make Osaka-pan (bread made with brandy). Mushroom Head (forgot his name) was the first one to taste the bread. He became drunk after tasting it, but still thought the bread was delicious. Then Ken entered the store. At first it seemed like Kawachi was still mad at him, but then he suddenly bows and thanks Ken for his help.
Mushroom Head is funny when he is drunk. He is a real pain in the ass when he is sober. He likes to tease Kawachi and likes to thinks of himself as Kawachi and Kazuma’s superior, which he is not. Kazuma is adorably naive as usual. I like the expression he made after eating the wasabi sushi. Kawachi has finally proven he has talents as well.
One thing is still not clear to me though. Up till now it is suggested that Kazuma only has talent and has absolutely zero knowledge in all the bread making techniques, ingredients etcetera, but still he manages to came up with the right solution every time. How is that possible?
