This is a pretty decent show. It's about a boy, I believe his name is Kazuma, who wants to make Japanese bread (Ja-pan, pan means bread), just like there is French bread and German bread.
The first episode had some funny moments. The artwork is done nicely and the music fits the serie.
I'll keep watching this, it seems like a funny show and the main character reminds me of Hikaru from Hikaru no Go (which was a great serie).
