This is such a funny serie. It's about a girl Tenma, who falls in love with the dullest guy I've ever seen. What she doesn't know is that (probably) the worst guy in school, Harima, has fallen in love with her. (Note: Tenma is rather thickheaded)
The two of them end up in very funny situations. In episode two they have a written test, and Tenma forgets to put her name on the testpaper. Harima thinks of funny ways to tell Tenma this: he shouted out loud in the class, he wrote it on a piece of paper, but Tenma is too stupid to understand. In the end he wrote Tenma's name on his testpaper, so that Tenma will thank him, if she got her grade back. This all sounds very romantic, but unfortunately the guy failed the test miserably.
